I had read a lot about the Christmas market in Munich before visiting. It was said to be the best one to visit, and it was very beautiful. However, Berlin's Christmas market won me over and I am declaring it the best. Well, out of the ones I visited. Munich's came a very close second. Situated in the main square, with a giant, glittering Christmas tree overlooking the array of wooden huts. It was here that we met up with our (gorgeous) German tour guide for the day. It was also here that I bought a bunch of gingerbread, because, well: Germany!
