I have such a thing for leaves. Every Autumn I wish I lived somewhere where all the leaves on the trees change colour, unfortunately here in Australia most of the native trees are evergreens. The leaves are gorgeous here in Spring though. They are all bursting with colour at the moment. It felt a little like Summer the other day, when I took these photos at the local park. I want some trees like these ones in my garden some day. Scroll down a little and take a look at the counter on the right hand side of my blog. Done it? Alright, good. 8 DAYS PEOPLE. It is so very close, I am almost bursting with excitement. Listening to: To Save the Doctor by Murray Gold.
Penny found a friend in the garden the other day. A friend in the form of a blue-tongue lizard. Yeah, that went down well. He wasn't harmed, and neither was Pen. Though her excessive barking might have suggested otherwise. She is still searching for him a week later. It's more than a little amusing. Here is her and I on a walk some time last week. We look adorable, I know. Listening to: Friday I'm In Love by The Cure
Wow, this took forever to get up. Here is the last installment of my time in Swift's Creek. There are more photographs to this segment, but I am not including them as they are of some of the people I worked with. It is kind of obvious, but I don't write about any of my work here, other than how pretty the school was (and it was, so very very pretty). It's a matter of privacy. I will however share with you my lovely experience with gastro, Jack's sad farewell and time spent with family.
