Lakes Entrance Photo Diary

It never ceases to amaze me just how vibrant my country is. The colours here pop so wonderfully, in reality even more so. It certainly makes one feel fortunate to live in such an amazing place.


These photographs are from last weekend, when I drove down to Lakes Entrance from Swift's Creek for the day. I walked along the boardwalk, shopped in surf shops, ate macarons, laid on the beach in the sun, and had an interesting conversation with a woman about the cat she was out walking. More on that later though, I took so many film photographs these past three weeks. I plan to drop them in to the store on Monday to be processed and when I get them back I will get to work on a film diary documenting my time living in Swift's Creek. I am thinking that there will need to be more than one post though, so the diary will be broken up into three segments. For now though, enjoy these digital beauties and their marvelous colours.
